18 NCAC 12 .0536             CONTINUATION OF ECONOMIC INFORMATION PROTECTION FROM PREMATURE DISCLOSURE

A principal shall file a new economic information protection request no later than the 31^st day of each December for the next calendar year if the principal seeks continuation of economic information protection.
